  • Launched an expansive, strategic vision that grew the agency from near bankruptcy to one with $13 million in net assets and no debt.
  • Cultivated a donor engagement strategy that grew annual fund raising from zero in 1993 to $2 million annually by 2011.
  • Grew the annual budget from $1.2 million to $8.9 million by embedding a culture of high achievement and personal accountability.
  • Led a $7.1 million capital campaign to build a new residential campus, on-site medical clinic, charter school and housing facilities.
  • Led the acquisition of Girls Ranch of AZ, Girls for a Change and the Arizona Girls Roundtable.
  • Built Flo’s on 7th, an upscale resale boutique.
  • Founded a charter school, the Girls Leadership Academy of Arizona, the first single-gender public school in Arizona.
  • Created and led “Imagine More,” an $11 million comprehensive fund development initiative.
