Whether your board is facing a leadership change because of a retiring director or because your director or other leaders are moving on, Linda can bring her more than 25 years of executive experience to your agency.
When an agency needs to know whether a merger is appropriate, needs an assessment of the executive director's skill set, or needs to know whether staff is aligned with the agency's mission and services Linda can bring her broad range of experiences and knowledge to help.
Often boards and executive directors find themselves isolated and under pressure to produce results that force their agencies to the next level of success without the tools to get there. Linda uses her expertise and wisdom to provide guidance and mentoring based on your agency's particular needs.

I am currently doing some very interesting work for the administrative offices of the court of Arizona to help convert a part of a correctional facility in Yavapai county into a treatment center for girls. When approved, we will be "softening" the facility to house young women. This project includes providing upholstered instead of plastic furniture, coordinating the color schemes and finally converting small detention rooms into livable spaces for the girls.
Linda has spent the better part of her life in the service of her community and is ready and willing to help your agency fulfill it's mission and bring about the improvements necessary to reach its promise. In addition to being steeped in leadership theories and techniques, Linda has twenty five years of hands-on leadership experience. Not your ordinary consultant, Linda has the experience of leading Arizona's oldest social service agency from near oblivion to its highest stature. Let her bring her passion and dedication to your agency.
Integrity: You can trust that we will do what we say we will do. We meet or exceed the goals we set and the promises we make. We will always say what needs to be said, truthfully. We adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics in our actions. We are fair and give credit where credit is due.
Service: We freely share expertise and knowledge to uplift others and pay it forward. We believe in the transformative power of helping others. We do this by joining with our clients to "grab a hold" of big opportunities, solve problems, overcome challenges and create meaningful change.
Discretion: We ensure confidentiality and respect others, their values and cultures. We aree careful to show respect in everything we say and do. We use good judgement and maintain appropriate boundaries in working with our clients, their staff and stakeholders.
Guiding nonprofits through times of growth and change
"I recommend Linda without reservation as a creative thinker, top-notch strategist and one of the most effective nonprofit executives with whom I have had the pleasure to work. She is a gifted collaborator and innovator by nature."
Jeannette Pai-Espinosa, President - The National Crittenton Foundationn
"While Linda was passionate about the mission of giving abused and neglected girls a second chance in life, she never took her eye off the business side of the agency. Linda’s greatest strengths are in her ability to stay focused on the most important things: financial management, quality programming, management of daily operations and building a community brand. For over 20 years Linda has built a reputation as one of the most effective and respected leaders in the valley. I am a huge fan of Linda."
